Contact FabStitch when the question is about a fabric you are looking at, a sourcing brief, an account, or how buyers use the marketplace. The public path is this page and the support page. The published contact email is the address shown here. This page does not add a phone number.
A useful inquiry names the fabric URL, the composition and construction you are comparing, and the quantity you have in mind. If the fabric page leaves weight blank, say so rather than guessing a GSM. The same applies to finish, width, and care.
Businesses can use contact for a sourcing question that search did not answer, or for help understanding a collection, a Best For edit, or a guide. It is not a channel for a private supplier list, a certificate FabStitch does not publish, or a price the catalog does not show.
Support is the right next step when the question needs the context of an existing inquiry, an order, or an account. Help articles cover the short instructions for search and inquiries. They stay separate from this page.
If you are still choosing cloth, start on the marketplace or a collection and come back with the fabric name. A message that names the page is faster to answer than a message that only names a fibre.
Contact does not change the catalog. It is how you ask about it. The fabric page remains the specification, and the inquiry on that fabric remains the commercial step.
Include the page URL you were reading. A message about “linen” is harder to answer than a message about a named fabric. Support handles an existing inquiry or account. This page is for the question that has not become one yet.
