A pattern graded to a washed measurement will miss if the bulk cloth moves differently from the sample. This matters more for linen, some cottons and knits than for a stable synthetic lining.
If FabStitch does not publish a shrinkage test, do not invent a percentage. Note the fibre and construction, then ask for the expected movement in the inquiry before you commit a bulk quantity.
