Knit silk on the marketplace
Knit silk is a construction decision. The fibre name does not tell you whether the cloth is stable or looped.
Start with construction
knit cloth is built from loops, so it usually moves more. Silk can still be made the other way.
Silk is filed here as protein fibre. One reason to open it is useful for overlays, linings and elevated ready-to-wear. One reason to sample is care and abrasion resistance vary widely.
Inquiry limit
Ask whether this silk card is actually knit. If the page names a different construction, it is a different search.
