Finding soft twill
Soft is a constraint on twill, not a separate fibre. Confirm it on the fabric page after you filter.

Twill is filed here as diagonal weave. One reason to open it is good commercial clarity for workwear. One reason to sample is not automatically denim.
Judge soft together with construction. Very soft cloths may crease more or lose crisp structure needed for formal shirts.
What not to assume
A soft filter does not certify the cloth. trousers, jackets, uniforms are common places buyers test twill, and some of those garments will reject this attribute.
