Judge stretch together with construction. Poor recovery creates bagging. Too much stretch can distort tailored shapes.
What not to assume
A stretch filter does not certify the cloth. dresses, jackets, occasionwear are common places buyers test velvet, and some of those garments will reject this attribute.
