Woven twill on the marketplace
Woven twill is a construction decision. The fibre name does not tell you whether the cloth is stable or looped.
Start with construction
woven cloth interlaces warp and weft, so it is usually more stable. Twill can still be made the other way.
Twill is filed here as diagonal weave. One reason to open it is durable structure for trousers and jackets. One reason to sample is weight must match the garment.

Ask whether this twill card is actually woven. If the page names a different construction, it is a different search.
