Denim in 2027
Explore denim fabric for jeans and apparel. Compare weight units, composition and constructions, then inquire on FabStitch.
Compare the named fabrics in this Denim edit for composition, construction, and documented Best For uses. Open any fabric for the full specification, then inquire with the quantity you need.
The Denim collection groups named FabStitch fabrics that share a material direction. It is not a single cloth and it is not a price list. The fabrics in this edit are Lightweight Denim, Premium-Weight Denim, Recycled-Cotton Denim, Laser- and Ozone-Finished Denim, Hemp–Cotton Denim, Selvedge Rigid Denim.
Use the collection when the fibre or the character is the starting point. Use a Best For page when the garment is already fixed. Use the marketplace when you need to search across collections. An inquiry should still name one fabric URL.
Construction and weight change the cloth more than the collection title. Two fabrics in Denim can share a fibre and still differ in hand, cover, and GSM. Compare the published cells. Do not infer a measurement that a fabric page omits.
Lightweight Denim is published here with composition not stated and documented uses not assigned. Open that fabric page before you copy a spec into a brief.

Laser- and Ozone-Finished Denim is published here with composition not stated and documented uses not assigned. Open that fabric page before you copy a spec into a brief.
Hemp–Cotton Denim is published here with composition 15–30% hemp with cotton and documented uses not assigned. Open that fabric page before you copy a spec into a brief.
Selvedge Rigid Denim is published here with composition not stated and documented uses not assigned. Open that fabric page before you copy a spec into a brief.
Denim does not add certificates, supplier counts, or inventory. If a fabric page leaves a field blank, the collection does not fill it in. Return to the marketplace only after you have a shortlist of named cloths. The inquiry names one fabric from Lightweight Denim, Premium-Weight Denim, Recycled-Cotton Denim, Laser- and Ozone-Finished Denim, Hemp–Cotton Denim, Selvedge Rigid Denim, not the collection title.
Denim is a woven fabric traditionally associated with jeans and workwear. Composition is stated per product — often cotton or cotton blends — and weight may use ounces per square yard rather than GSM.
Denim fabric for jeans and broader apparel spans lightweight to heavier documented ranges. Recycled, hemp-cotton and selvedge directions appear as separate named fabrics when published — not as invented grades.
Browse the named denims, open the page that matches the weight language you need, and inquire with metres and the garment. This collection does not publish a mill, a country of weaving, or a price per kilogram. Wholesale language belongs on the wholesale page. The cloth still has to be one of these denim URLs.
Denim is a twill, usually with a coloured warp and a lighter weft, which is why the face and the back can look different. That structure is not the same as cotton poplin or cotton canvas. Weight on these pages may be stated in ounces per square yard rather than GSM. Do not convert ounces into grams on the brief unless you and the supplier have agreed the conversion. Lightweight denim and selvedge rigid denim answer different jeans. Recycled-cotton denim and hemp–cotton denim are separate compositions. Read the page. Do not apply one fibre claim to the whole collection.
Confirm composition, the published weight unit, and whether the cloth is rigid or has stretch if the page says so. Shrinkage, shade, and finish are not filled in here when the fabric page is silent. Laser- and ozone-finished denim is one named cloth, not a finish available on every denim in the edit. Workwear and trouser uses are documented per fabric, not guaranteed by the word denim.
