Selecting dresses fabric 100 to 150 gsm
100 to 150 GSM is a planning band for dresses. It is not a score, and it is not evidence that a FabStitch fabric publishes that exact number.
How to use the band
A light apparel band. A poplin and a jersey can share it and still be different cloths.
For dresses, the brief needs seam and finish behaviour for curves. A useful hand note is agreeable hand.
What still matters more
Compare GSM only inside one construction. Crepes, chiffons, georgettes, soft cottons, linens and selected knits appear often — each answers a different dress architecture.
