Finding heavyweight linen

Linen is filed here as bast fibre. One reason to open it is natural texture that reads premium when well finished. One reason to sample is creasing is characteristic, not always a defect.

Judge heavyweight together with construction. Heavier cloths can overheat in warm climates or feel stiff if the silhouette wants fluidity.

A heavyweight filter does not certify the cloth. shirts, dresses, trousers are common places buyers test linen, and some of those garments will reject this attribute.
