150 to 200 GSM is a planning band for shirts. It is not a score, and it is not evidence that a FabStitch fabric publishes that exact number.
How to use the band
Mid-light apparel. Use it only after construction is fixed.
For shirts, the brief needs stable cutting behaviour. A useful hand note is predictable recovery.
What still matters more
Compare GSM only inside one construction. Poplin, oxford, twill, fine jersey and selected linens cover most shirt briefs.
