Selecting shirts fabric under 100 gsm
under 100 GSM is a planning band for shirts. It is not a score, and it is not evidence that a FabStitch fabric publishes that exact number.

How to use the band
Very light cloth. Opacity and lining come before fibre branding.
For shirts, the brief needs comfort next to skin. A useful hand note is crisp or soft-crisp hand.
What still matters more
Compare GSM only inside one construction. Poplin, oxford, twill, fine jersey and selected linens cover most shirt briefs.
If the fabric page omits weight, leave the cell blank and ask in the inquiry.

Questions
- Does under 100 GSM mean better shirts?
- No. Heavier is not better. It is only heavier.
