Selecting skirts fabric under 100 gsm
under 100 GSM is a planning band for skirts. It is not a score, and it is not evidence that a FabStitch fabric publishes that exact number.

How to use the band
Very light cloth. Opacity and lining come before fibre branding.
For skirts, the brief needs opacity. A useful hand note is controlled or fluid drape.
What still matters more
Compare GSM only inside one construction. Crepes, cottons, wools, linens and selected knits depending on volume vs column silhouettes.
If the fabric page omits weight, leave the cell blank and ask in the inquiry.

Questions
- Does under 100 GSM mean better skirts?
- No. Heavier is not better. It is only heavier.
