Structured is a constraint on jersey, not a separate fibre. Confirm it on the fabric page after you filter.

Jersey is filed here as knit construction family. One reason to open it is inherent stretch from knit structure. One reason to sample is recovery should be sampled for fitted garments.
Judge structured together with construction. Too much structure fights fluid dresses and soft blouses.
What not to assume
A structured filter does not certify the cloth. shirts, activewear, dresses are common places buyers test jersey, and some of those garments will reject this attribute.
