Woven silk on the marketplace
Woven silk is a construction decision. The fibre name does not tell you whether the cloth is stable or looped.
Start with construction
woven cloth interlaces warp and weft, so it is usually more stable. Silk can still be made the other way.
Silk is filed here as protein fibre. One reason to open it is distinctive surface character when well chosen. One reason to sample is do not treat all silks as interchangeable.
Inquiry limit
Ask whether this silk card is actually woven. If the page names a different construction, it is a different search.
